About Us

Professional learning should do more than inform.

It should help people think clearly, make better decisions, practise something useful and know what to do next.

Polaris Learning is built around that belief.

Our Team

At Polaris Learning, we believe that visionary leadership and intentional design are the cornerstones of thriving schools. To support educational institutions in achieving long-term success, we have built a team of seasoned consultants who are experts in organizational strategy and instructional excellence.

Our consultants bring a wealth of hands-on experience in school leadership, comprehensive strategic planning, dynamic curriculum design, and evidence-based pedagogical approaches. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, we partner closely with your leadership team to understand your school's unique culture, challenges, and goals.

Whether you are navigating institutional change, redesigning your academic framework, or empowering your faculty with cutting-edge teaching methodologies, our team provides the objective insights and actionable frameworks needed to elevate student outcomes and institutional capacity.

Vision.

Strategy.

Academic Excellence.

Together, let’s shape the future of learning at your school.

About Prue Pisani

I am an educational leader specialising in school and system improvement, with a focus on strengthening teaching practice, building leadership capability and translating strategy into sustained classroom impact.

Across system, regional and school-based roles, I have led the design and implementation of professional learning and improvement initiatives at scale. My work connects curriculum, leadership and teaching practice, ensuring that system priorities are understood, enacted and embedded in schools.

I have worked closely with principals, leadership teams and system leaders to:
- build leadership capability
- design and deliver high-impact professional learning
- support implementation of evidence-informed teaching practices
- strengthen alignment between strategy, professional learning and classroom practice

My approach combines deep knowledge of teaching and curriculum with expertise in adult learning, coaching and change implementation. I am particularly focused on ensuring that improvement efforts move beyond intention and result in consistent, high-quality practice across classrooms.

With experience spanning curriculum reform, leadership development and system initiatives, I bring a practical, evidence-informed approach to improving outcomes for students and building capability across the education system.

I have contributed to published professional learning resources, including podcasts and learning series, and hold a Master of Education (School Leadership). I am a Member of the Australian Council for Educational Leaders (MACEL).
